This Privacy Policy explains how Right Arm Development Corporation ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use Real Estate Toys, the website and applications we operate (the "Service"). Real Estate Toys is a business operated by Right Arm Development Corporation; it is not a separate company, and the corporation is the entity responsible for the personal information described here. By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account information. You sign in through a third-party identity provider (for example Google). We receive your name, email address and profile image from that provider; we never see or store your password for it.
Profile and branding information. Your brokerage, license details, contact and return-address details, headshot, logo and brand colours.
Listing and marketing content. Property addresses and details, photographs and other media you upload, and the flyers, postcards, door hangers, sign-in sheets and other materials you create.
Contact and client information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and notes you enter about your own contacts and clients.
Support and feedback. Messages you send us, including beta feedback and any replies in that conversation.
Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive only a record of the transaction and a limited identifier (such as the card brand and last four digits) — we do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically

Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, actions taken and timestamps.
Device and log data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring pages and error diagnostics.
Cookies and similar technologies. Used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the Service is used. See Section 7.

Information from third parties

When you connect an external account (for example a social media account used to publish your marketing), that provider shares the information you authorise — typically your profile name, account identifier and permission to post on your behalf. We also use mapping and property data services to look up addresses and imagery for the listings you enter.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate and maintain the Service and the materials you create with it.
To create your account, authenticate you and keep your session secure.
To personalise your experience, including applying your branding to generated materials.
To publish or distribute content at your direction, such as posting to a connected account.
To send transactional messages — receipts, security alerts and service notices.
To send product and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
To respond to your support requests and feedback.
To monitor and improve performance, diagnose problems and develop new features.
To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where required by law (for example under the GDPR), we process personal information on the basis that it is necessary to perform our contract with you, necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or done with your consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

Service providers. Vendors that operate the Service on our behalf under contract — cloud hosting and storage, database services, authentication providers, email delivery, mapping and address lookup, analytics, error monitoring and payment processing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
At your direction. Content you choose to publish, share by link, email or post to a connected account is disclosed as you instruct. Public marketing pages you generate for a listing are visible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.
Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to the transferred information.
With your consent. For any other purpose you approve.

5. Your content and your clients' information

You may upload information about your own contacts and clients. You are responsible for having the right to provide that information and for complying with the laws and real estate regulations that apply to you, including rules on marketing communications and the use of listing data. We process that information on your behalf and only as needed to provide the Service.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the Service (such as keeping you signed in), as well as preference and analytics cookies that help us understand usage. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, but the Service may not work properly without the necessary ones. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and hosting with established cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. Your rights and choices

Access, correction and deletion. You can view and update much of your information in the app, and you may ask us to correct or delete personal information.
Portability and objection. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent.
Marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. We will still send transactional messages about your account.
Connected accounts. You can disconnect a linked third-party account at any time from your profile.
Account closure. You can ask us to close your account and delete your content, subject to the retention rules in Section 6.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material we will provide additional notice, such as an email or an in-app message. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
